This the correct tab. This is how Kerry King himself plays it.

Fig.1 Is played twice by one guitar and then twice with two guitars.

The verse is just the 6th string open and The first fret so just listen
to the song for timing.  If i figure out the Breakdown I'll post it, but
I will not post something that i'm not sure about.
