(will you guys help me out with the lyrics some?)

The verse rhythm is real quiet and subdued most of the time.
m = left hand mute (lift your hand off the neck a little)
h = hammer on
/ = slide up
 = slide down

guitar 1 w/slide (if you don't have a slide you can fake it)

guitar 2 intro and verse riff (play 6 times. let ring 5th and 6th)
     m m m m m m

         "drivin' faster in my car..."
         "fallin' farter... are..."
"smoke a cigarette & drive some more 'cause conversation's
hell.. fallin' faster in my... car"

chorus riff: (play 4 times) tailor rhythm to album sound.

"time 2 take it home big easy and the conscience-laden

at end of last time playing the C part play this sometimes too.

riff 3:
---0---0---0-0-2-2---0---0--hold, then verse 2
         m m

pre-2nd verse with riff 1
                                                m m m

verse two:
chorus again

then: (play three times, then riff 3)

bridge: start off with an e-minor, then it's pretty much whatever you
want until the next pre-chorus. Here are some of the important parts,

rhy fill 1: (every once and a while...)

and then there's a cool base part:

and then the pre-chorus:
---3---2-3-2---2-3-5---3-5-7---5-7-9---7-9-10----10----10-play 10s
----------------------------------------------10----10----a bunch of
----------------------------------------------------------times, then
----------------------------------------------------------just start
----------------------------------------------------------going up the

guitar 2
-----------------------------------------------5/6/7/8/9/10/ and such

chorus again and then "converation's hell" again and if you've ever
heard the song before in your life you know how it goes. End with riff
3 and a long drawn-out last chord. I probably forgot some parts, but my
hands are getting tired. E-mail me at with
questions/suggestions. Thanks.
