It's that fast bit after the intro which is probably what you want to play.
In the first bar/staff the last 0 is quickly played while the last 7 is still 
ringing and then a quick switch to the second bar/staff is made. Then switch 
back to the first bar/staff and continue as needed. Play pretty fast.
