Intro is a palm muted F5 power chord (5th  string, 8th fret)

Verse- The verse is very simple- four palm muted power chords with base note on 
D5- 5th fret
C5- 3rd fret
F5- 8th fret
C5- like above

This is the little fill during the verse.
