play the intro (try and get whoever is listening to you to do the 	"hail" part)
play the second intro
then the verse and sing:

floating tremolo really, you can get it to sound perfect)

Intro:
	The time has come, it is quite clear

Chorus (there's another solo in here, but it sounds like it's just a 
	sampled loop of a couple of guitar feeding back, you can mimic it 	by
sticking your guitar's pickups in front of your speaker and 	going crazy
with the toggle switch, it helps if you have a wah-	pedal although it does
change the tone of the feedback)

there you have it, it's a pretty simple song when you get the hang of it.

guitar picks a chord once and then uses the trembar and feedback to hold
and bend the pitch until the next verse starts.  If you choose to play
the feedback it does not matter much which chord you use but on my
guitar it sounds best with a high A#-chord:
