After playing the 3rd fret 8 times SLIDE BACK TO 10 and REPEAT


2:The second change occurs when Bono sings the last refrain of with or without you.
Play the main verse and at the end of the verse add this change(when playing the 
3rd fret,play 7 times,play 2 on the A string once, and then play Open D-string for
6 measures at 8 times per measure
